In Auto (Safe) mode, once placed in the holster hot air gun will automatically shut the heating element off and slowly cool the heating element to 100° C then turn off air flow prolonging life of the heating element protecting the unit from accidents. Manual mode allows users to keep the heating element and airflow on in the hot air gun while holstered for high volume work. Hot Air Gun has a temp range of 100°C - 480°C / 212°F - 896°F. Soldering iron can be put into sleep mode dependent on users predefined operation time limits. 70 watt soldering iron boasts genuine Hakko element with temp range of 200°C - 480°C / 392°F - 896°F, removable fume extractor and a 54" Silicone cord that has virtually no memory.
